Are there still concerns that this article is written "like an advertisement"? I see no discussion about it here, even in the archives, and I don't get the feeling of an ad from the article itself, so I am inclined to remove this tag, unless there is a reasoned objection. There is a news article giving a markedly different viewpoint from the official website. I think this story is just unfolding. Let's wait for more coverage by secondary sources because SM's self-published source is not usable for claims against third parties such as their record company.
